Today at 365 we walked to Elizabeth park and members helped lead stretching and we all got our zen on with some guided meditation led by Jordan.
"Teamwork! I listened well and lead the cat cow yoga pose!" -Jamie
"Yoga was good today. I led like two different poses!" -Levin
"It was minding fun to try different poses other then the ones I was already familiar with. A bunch of them were familiar though, like downward dog, and the warrior" -Michelle
