We started out our day with Zen Doodling to calming music in order to get centered. After that we got our mats out to work on yoga. We spent a lot of time working on our sun salutation today! We ended program with some laugh therapy in true Max Higbee Center style😆 "I liked zen doodling the best. It made me feel calm." -Shae "Laugh therapy! Hahahah I liked it.
