We created our monthly target 🎯 goals today! Then we talked about the different warm ups we could do in November. Some examples are stretching with mats, standing stretches, weights, sit-ups, cardio, dancing, and meditation! November is going to be full of new experiences and also going back to basics and practicing what we already know! We all agree that it is important to practice so we can get better, but also try new things to broaden our horizons.
As a group, the consensus was to walk to the beach for our warm up! Then we walked to the Y and had a fitness test day with Mary. It was fun!
