We warmed up our bodies today with an exciting exercise ball workout video! It was hard, but we were able to adapt to make the video work for us!
Then we made our way through the storm to the YMCA! We started with cardio machines like treadmills and bikes, then moved on to the Life Fitness Machines to get our strengthening on! We ended with a lovely group stretch.
"I got to roll my legs! Big muscles!"
"I worked on the treadmill and I did it over 10 minutes!"
"I walked on the treadmill and biked on the bike! It was good and hard!"
"I did bicep strength! I did work on the bikes."
"I exercised with the elliptical! I did 10 minutes"
"I did a little fitness test with Rachel. I did ok. I also rowed longer than 5 minutes! I think I did 6 minutes!"
