we started 365 today with a discussion about sorting various fruits and veggies by colors and how different colors have different healthy benefits. Then we picked a fruit from every color to buy at the CO-OP. We bought dried bananas, apricots, apples, cranberries, blueberries, and mangos.
"I ate a regular banana today and a dried banana!"
"apparently mangos are good for your eyesight!"
"I tried dried cranberries today I really liked them"
"My favorite food today was dried apples, I learned that purple and blue fruits have antioxidants in them like dried blueberries. I liked those better then the cranberries because they were not as sweet"
