My YMCA workout included a five minute warm up on the treadmill and 2x12 reps on the Life Fitness Machines! I did the entire circuit!
For my YMCA workout I did 35 minutes on the elliptical! It was a good workout.
For my YMCA workout I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, then I did 10 minutes on the recumbent bikes, then I did 5 minutes with Odessa on the elliptical.
I like how the elliptical works, I did it for 20 minutes. I liked the rotory torso machine, and back extension. They are fun.
For my YMCA workout I did the elliptical for 28 minutes.
For my YMCA workout I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes! I like it!
I did the treadmill for 20 minutes, and recumbent bike for 10minutes, and the back extension machine, and seated row machine!
