We started the day by making our Monthly Goal Poster by reflecting on things that we wanted to work on this month. We then chose our warm-up of the month! We decided on Wii Sports, Just Dance, or other Video Workouts. We did Just Dance today, and it was a blast.

After warm-up we went to the YMCA and did a good ole' fitness test with Mary. We had a great time and we also met some of our daily goals!
