Today we made our monthly goals for September! We also created a stretching warm up to focus on flexibility this month! Then we walked to the YMCA to have our fitness test.
I learned how to do a superman and superwoman push-up!
I did a good job cheering everyone on today!
I met my goal! Jumping jacks!
