We started our day of with a nice walk around downtown in the sunshine! Next stop was the YMCA for fitness testing with our friend Mary! We did the bunny hop and YMCA dance as our warm up (how fitting)! Then moved on to sit ups, push-ups, jumping jacks and get up and go. We all met our goals today.... wahoo!!
