We started Healthy Lifestyles Program by making posters for our March Target Goals and Bowling Stretches! Then we practiced our bowling stretches in a circle of chairs. The chairs helped make the stretches easier for everyone! Eventually we made our way to 20th Century Bowl, and we had a blast!
