My YMCA workout included a five minute warm up on the treadmill and 2x12 reps on the Life Fitness Machines! I did the entire circuit!
For my YMCA workout I did 35 minutes on the elliptical! It was a good workout.
For my YMCA workout I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, then I did 10 minutes on the recumbent bikes, then I did 5 minutes with Odessa on the elliptical.
I like how the elliptical works, I did it for 20 minutes. I liked the rotory torso machine, and back extension. They are fun.
For my YMCA workout I did the elliptical for 28 minutes.
For my YMCA workout I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes! I like it!
I did the treadmill for 20 minutes, and recumbent bike for 10minutes, and the back extension machine, and seated row machine!
Walking for fitness makes us feel happy!
On our walk for 5k Training, we took the route near where the 5k will actually be! It started to rain on us on our way back, but we kept on going!
Had a good day, looked at the train! The train was loading up the cars. I saw a gaggle of geese too. I see lots of stuff outside.
I saw waves on our walk, and a seal! I want to do the 5k!

I like walking where I will run the 5k, it gives me more confidence. I like to walk and do easy jog! I saw the seal and some loons!
We warmed up our bodies today with an exciting exercise ball workout video! It was hard, but we were able to adapt to make the video work for us!
Then we made our way through the storm to the YMCA! We started with cardio machines like treadmills and bikes, then moved on to the Life Fitness Machines to get our strengthening on! We ended with a lovely group stretch.

Wow! Did our climbers climb high today! We heard a few bells ring to signal a climber made it to the top, and we saw a lot of effort from everyone who participated today! Can't wait until next month 🌟
I rang the bell at the top two times. One route I had never tried before! I usually stick to the side routes, but I went for a middle route, and on my second try was able to make all the way to the top!!!
Santa clause climbed so high, with the grinch!
My goal was to see how high I could climb. I did it, and tried two times! I am excited to try again.
I tried really hard today, and went up the walk two times. Next time I want to go halfway up the wall!
I want to try harder and get my three steps. I practiced my pull-ups and those were fun and a good workout!
Last Thursday we went to Love to Move Stuidios and did awesome Zumba! Unfortunately we were not able to blog about it last because we ran out of time. It was a good ole' time though! It was so fun. We danced to some great tunes! We're so excited to return soon :)
TODAY we warmed up with some dancing and weight lifting. We got nice and toasty before heading up to the bowling alley! Bowling was great, as usual!

WE HAD A NEW VOLUNTEER TODAY NAMED ADAM! He was so nice and good at bowling. We hope he comes back soon! This is what he had to say about today:

We're gearing up for our Hearty Party 5K in February already!!! Today we did some 5K training by walking on the Interurban Trail and the South Bay Trail. We got to see a few pockets of sunshine, but man was it cold! BURR!
