We started today with our September stretch routine, then did some circuit training with Dumbbells, medicine balls, grip strengtheners, and tennis balls for muscle massaging! Then we walked through downtown to the batting cages. We all worked really hard!

We took advantage of this lovely Autumn day and did some geocaching! We of course warmed up first with our September stretches and added some new prizes to our own geocache. We found two caches and walked a lot of hills on our way. Our legs are going to be sore tomorrow! It's a good thing we've been working on our stretching!

Today we warmed up with our September Stretches then we walked to the Bellingham YMCA! We rock climbed at the YMCA, worked on our push-up form, and did pull ups! IT'S FUN TO STAY AT THE... YMCA! 💪

The 365 Fitness Program warmed up with our September stretches, and parachute games. We walked to Elizabeth Park for an obstacle course that was challenging and fun. Everyone met their personal daily fitness goal today!

Today we warmed up by bouncing on our exercise balls and doing our September Stretches to 80s music! Then we bussed up to the WWU Campus and walked around. Jamie told us all about the various sculptures and we met lots of new friends! After lunch on the "Stairs to Nowhere" we hiked the Arboretum all the way up to the tower! It was a lovely day full of great exercise!

Today we made our monthly goals for September! We also created a stretching warm up to focus on flexibility this month! Then we walked to the YMCA to have our fitness test.
I learned how to do a superman and superwoman push-up!

Today we went to 20th Century Bowl and got our bowl on! Before we left we warmed up with an energy-filled dance party and a walk around the block! It was SO FUN!
