We all worked up a sweat hiking the steep trail that took us up to the tower. Once we made it, we push ourselves a little farther and climbed the steps up to the top! The tower revealed a beautiful view of Bellingham and the changing leaves on the trees.

Today we warmed up by doing some stretches to remind ourselves of stretches we can do during the summer break next week! We had a little dance party, then walked on the Whatcom Creek Trail all the way to the totem pole. It was hot, but we made sure to hydrate and take breaks :)

Today at 365 Fitness Program, we hunted down Pokémon all around downtown Bellingham. Pokémon Go is an app that can be downloaded to any smart device. The goal is to catch Pokémon, but the catch is you have to be walking for the app to work. We walked for an hour hatching eggs and catching em' all!

Today we warmed up with an exercise ball dance party! We went to Zumba but the studio was closed (OH NO)! Thankfully everyone was able to be flexible, and we went to the YMCA to play basketball instead. It was great :)

365 today walked total 3.7 miles! We went to Zuanich Park and flew kites. It was so much fun!

The warm up this morning included practicing our gentle back stretches. Our main activity today was bowling at 20th Century! We made sure to stretch our arms before!

"I practiced full extension in my bowling form today! I got two spares! I want to try it without bumpers next time." -Colin

Now that August is here, we set our goals for the month! We learned new stretches for our backs. Everyone did an awesome job fitness at testing with Mary.
I did it for the first time today! It's fun! I'm coming again next month. -Michelle
I want to improve my push-ups to do 15 next time.
