Today at 365 we began the day talking about nutritional choices we can make at the grocery store using the book called "eat this not that." Then we walked to Maritime park and played kickball. We had two teams, one was called the Happy Higbee Kickers, and the other was called Angry Birds!
I kicked the ball really hard! Kickball is a little easier then baseball. I had fun! -Mathew

Today at 365 we walked to Elizabeth park and members helped lead stretching and we all got our zen on with some guided meditation led by Jordan.

"It was minding fun to try different poses other then the ones I was already familiar with. A bunch of them were familiar though, like downward dog, and the warrior" -Michelle

Today at 365 we walked to Battersby Feild and set up a net and played some volleyball. We also incorporated a jogging warm up.
I learned how to serve the ball. I had fun! -Jamie

Today we went to the YMCA and did some rock climbing. Lots of people accomplished their fitness goals and we had a lot of fun! Woohoo!!

"I was a little nervous to rock climb because my legs are so long, but I got to watch my friends and cheer them on! I'm going to try it for sure next month." -Dan
Today we started the day with some yoga stretching, and arm stretches to help us be ready to bowl! We walked to 20th Century Bowling on state street and knocked over some pins! We all worked on our individual daily goals and had a lot of fun doing so.

We were originally planning on doing adaptive biking outside, but the weather wasn't permitting. We didn't let that stop us though. Instead we went to the YMCA to get our sweat on!
"I reached my goal by walking 10 minutes on the treadmill! I also tried out new stationary bikes. It was so fun!" -Levin
