Today we warmed up with a walk to the bus station to buy July bus passes, then had lunch in Elizabeth Park before we played Badminton. It was a lovely and active day!

Today at 365 we biked down the trail to Boulevard and back! Jenny met us at Boundary Bay and helped us get our bikes out on the trail! We all braved the rain and had a great time.

Today 365 started off with some stretching and goal setting. We walked to the Y and everyone climbed the wall today and did their best.

we started 365 today with a discussion about sorting various fruits and veggies by colors and how different colors have different healthy benefits. Then we picked a fruit from every color to buy at the CO-OP. We bought dried bananas, apricots, apples, cranberries, blueberries, and mangos.
"I ate a regular banana today and a dried banana!"

"I tried dried cranberries today I really liked them"
"My favorite food today was dried apples, I learned that purple and blue fruits have antioxidants in them like dried blueberries. I liked those better then the cranberries because they were not as sweet"
Today we went to Civic Firld and did stuff on the track! It was really fun and we got to exercise in the lovely weather!
"I met my goal because I ran and cheered on my friends to meet their goals. I also gave people high fives while we were stretching. My favorite part about today was that I listened well!" -Jamie
"My goal was to pace myself and walk or jog 2 laps around the track. I doubled my goal and did 4 laps! My favorite part about today was stretching outside after we ran" -Levin
"I had a really challenging goal of walking 6 laps. Unfortunately I only had time for 4 laps, but I did walk all the way from Max Higbee Center to Civic Field and I stayed very well hydrated!" -Michelle G.

Today at 365 we we warned up with yoga and practiced strength exercises for our muscle of the month which is our glutes! Then we walked to the Y and had our monthly fitness test with Mary!

"I stretched today! And I did 15 full sit-ups in 60 seconds at my fitness test! I liked learning from Mary it was fun!"
"I liked the fitness test with Mary! I learned a new way to do push-ups. I had good form! Rachel said these were the best push-ups I have ever done!"
