I hit the ball really hard during tennis today and served it without help! I accomplished my goal to hit the ball! Terri did it!

Today I achieved the daily goal I made for playing Tennis! I was safe with my racket and hit the ball! I also really liked stretching. My favorite is the butterfly stretch.
Today at 365 we had a warm up where we focused on our muscle of the month (our calves) then we went to Love to move studio and attended the Zumba class.
Zumba was a dance workout that was really fun. I love dancing and the good exercise too. - Ben H.

I liked using the weights when I was dancing, especially when we danced to the song Hawaiian roller coaster ride!

Today, we visited our community garden on lakeway. We plants a whole bunch of stuff that we are hoping to harvest and eat this summer. We planted sunflowers, zucchini, jalapeños, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, pumpkins, green beans, strawberries, and lettuce. When we were done we a nice picnic in the shade. We are very excited to keep working on our garden all summer!
Though we had a small group today, boy were we mighty! As a group, we all did our best on the difrent areas we did our fitness testing in. We did sit ups, pushups, cardio (bikes and treadmil) and jumping jacks! We are all very proud of each other and what we accomplished.
Since it was the first 365 of May, we were also introduced to our muscle of the month............. CALVES! We learned some cool stretches and exersizes that we will share with you this month.
