We started off our second day of Healthy Lifestyles with an exercise ball dance session! There was lots of silly arm movements, singing, and laughter. ''Twas wonderful! After warm up, we walked up to the YMCA and did a hearty 5K training!
"I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and I tried the recumbent bike as well. I will do the 5k February 11th. I liked the warm up when we used exercise balls and listened to music!" -Eminem
