3.1 miles is our goal, and we need your help to get there! Join us as we train to compete in a 5K run/walk. Find a fitness buddy, give encouragement, lend your expertise, or just have fun exercising!
Our training will lead up to the Max Higbee Center 5K Run/Walk on February 11th: "Hearty Party 5k" If you volunteer at ONE training day, you can compete in the 5K for FREE and Run With Us!
Volunteering is simple- fill out a volunteer form and send to email@example.com! Scroll down to see current training dates. We try to hit the trails whenever we can. If the weather is not agreeing with us, we head to the YMCA or hit up our very own MHC fitness room!
