ABD Tastes: Hell or High Watermelon Wheat Beer: Hell or High Watermelon Wheat is our summer seasonal beer. We start by brewing a classic American wheat beer, which undergoes a traditional secondary fermentation using fresh watermelon. A straw-colored, refreshing beer with a kiss of watermelon aroma and flavor. Toaster Pastry IRA: Biscuit malts give the beer a slightly nutty, crust-like flavor, while pale and dark Crystal malts create the mouthfeel and flavors reminiscent of strawberry jam. Calypso and other experimental hops give this ruby ale a welcome bite, plus a few more in the hop back for a toasty-sweet aroma.

ABD Tastes: Rauch Helles: A collaboration with Chuckanut and Redhook brewers to create a smoky style Helles Lager. This beer captures the unique smoky flavors of the Rauch Lager with the gentle easy going nature of the Helles Lager. This interesting collaboration creates a golden beer with deep malty flavor spiked with mild smoky overtones due to the use of beech wood smoked malted barley. OG 11.5 Plato, 4.7% ABV, 18 IBUs.
Maibock: Chuckanut's is lighter in color but similar in strength to the true Bock. This beer got its name because it was traditionally taken out of aging in May (Mai in German). Moderate bitterness serves to balance out a slightly sweet full-bodied pallet packed with rich, bready, and round flavors and a deep golden color. The malt is the star of Bock and there's plenty of it, delivering alcohol strength of 7%. Chuckanut Maibock carries its weight gracefully, it's not a sticky sweet lager, but full bodied & dangerously drinkable! ABV 7% IBUs 27.

ABD Tastes: Pony Boy Flanders Gold: 5.0% ABV, 12 IBUs, Inspired by the balanced, drinkable Flanders reds and browns of Belgium, Ponyboy is a Flanders Gold. This beer was created by blending a kettle soured wort and a standard brewed wort which results in a beer with very balanced acidity. The complex malt characteristics come from Belgian pilsner malt, flaked corn, and dark candied sugar. Pony boy was then finished on toasted American Oak.
Country Boy: IPA6.2% ABV, 80 IBU's, Dry, clean, crisp, with great citrus character. This beer is made for the hop lover. Columbus, Chinook and Cascade hops provide the wonderful aroma and flavor. Golden in color, with grapefruit and lemongrass notes in the finish.

It's a golden colored, light-flavored, malt accented beer with a dry finish, and in true Kentucky fashion, brewed with 200lbs of fancy grits. Summit, Saaz and Crystal hops were picked for their light, spicy touch, and 5 lbs of chocolate malt were picked, well, 'cuz Lisa. ABV 5.2%

Laurelwood Brewing Company The original Laurelwood Public House & Brewery opened in March 2001, in a defunct pub location with a small 7-barrel brewery located in Portland's Hollywood district. Green Elephant IPA: It has a mellow malt character that sets the backdrop for a big hoppy beast of a beer. Schooner EXACT Brewing Co. Schooner EXACT Brewing Company began as a nanobrewery in 2007. Today the brewery brews on a 20 bbl system in the SODO neighborhood.
